Manage end-to-end technical hiring in Singapore: source, headhunt, interview, negotiate and onboard candidates. Build talent pipelines, run employer branding and recruitment events, improve candidate experience, support diversity & inclusion initiatives, use data-driven hiring strategies, and operate ATS (Greenhouse, Ashby).

Lead product design direction, run user research and heuristic evaluations, create wireframes and clickable prototypes, present UX solutions to clients, run co-creation and journey mapping sessions, mentor junior designers, and manage stakeholder relationships and project deliverables in agile teams.

Design, build, and maintain production-grade full‑stack applications using modern frameworks. Implement CI/CD and testing, ensure code quality and security, and use generative AI tools (e.g., Copilot) and prompt engineering as core parts of the development workflow. Validate AI outputs, collaborate with product teams, and contribute to internal Gen-E2 practices and playbooks.
