Develop and deliver technical training for internal Technical Support teams. Translate complex scientific and product information into presentations, guides, job aids, onboarding content, and assessments. Partner with scientific, product, applications, and support experts, deliver virtual and occasional in-person training, update materials based on product changes and feedback, and manage stakeholder reviews and multiple projects.

Support APAC financial accounting, month-end close, reconciliations, intercompany accounting, statutory reporting, audits, tax accounting, payments, and cash management. Coordinate with regional accounting providers, auditors, tax advisers, and internal stakeholders. Maintain financial controls and documentation while contributing to accounting process standardization, automation, finance transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple entities.
