Manage strategically important startup accounts across Singapore, owning customer relationships, consumption, contracted revenue, forecasts, and account strategies. Partner with deployment, solutions, product, engineering, and research teams to support customers building with OpenAI APIs and SDKs. Analyze account and market intelligence, communicate technical concepts, advocate for startup needs, contribute to corporate strategy, and support team hiring, onboarding, and culture development.
