Lead end-to-end production deployments of frontier AI models for strategic customers. Responsibilities include discovery, technical scoping, system design, full-stack development, customer collaboration, adoption guidance, production rollout, and deployment optimization. The role also contributes production code, creates reusable tools and playbooks, manages delivery trade-offs, and provides feedback to Research and Product teams. Business-level Korean fluency, customer-facing engineering experience, and approximately 50% travel are required.

Lead ChatGPT growth strategy and execution in Singapore across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization. Partner with regional and central teams to identify local user needs, prioritize product improvements, run performance marketing and product experiments, manage growth scorecards, and scale segmentation, lifecycle, and experimentation capabilities. Use cohort analysis, incrementality, CAC, LTV, payback, and contribution margin to measure impact and guide investment.

Provide advanced technical support for premium customers by diagnosing API, integration, authentication, performance, and production issues. Analyze logs and telemetry, reproduce failures, coordinate incident response, communicate with stakeholders, and drive root-cause resolution. Develop customer-specific runbooks, monitoring, automation, and postmortem improvements while partnering with Engineering, Product, Technical Success, and Go-to-Market teams to improve reliability and customer outcomes.
