The role collaborates cross-functionally with Sales, Partnerships, Finance, Legal, Product, Marketing, Policy, Support, and Customer Success to drive advertiser adoption, partner productivity, revenue growth, platform integrity, and long-term customer value.

Provide commercial legal support across APAC by advising sales, partnerships, finance, procurement, operations, product, and engineering teams. Draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements, identify transaction-related legal and regulatory issues, develop scalable legal processes, and advise on AI, technology, privacy, product, compliance, and regulatory matters. Support the GM, APAC and VP, APAC Sales by managing complex calendars, international travel, communications, workflows, and operating rhythms across APAC and U.S. teams. The Regional Manager will lead OpenAI's advertising business in APAC, overseeing Client Partners and Customer Success Managers, driving revenue growth, and establishing partnerships across the region.

Provide high-touch technical support for OpenAI products, troubleshoot complex issues, automate tooling with scripting/AI, partner with engineering and product to drive improvements, and support on-call coverage.

Qualify and advance enterprise AI opportunities by converting product usage, pilots, and inbound demand into high-conviction deals. Partner with Account Directors on account strategy, run targeted outbound and discovery, map stakeholders, contribute pipeline reviews, and build AI-enabled GTM workflows to scale prospecting and qualification.

Lead and scale APAC deal strategy as a hands-on commercial leader. Partner with account teams on high-value, complex deals to develop proposals, ROI analyses, negotiation strategies, and value narratives. Build repeatable frameworks, tools, and AI-enabled deal workflows, and mobilize cross-functional stakeholders (Pricing, Finance, Legal, Product) to close strategic, first-of-kind commercial opportunities.

The APAC Developer Marketing Lead will create regional marketing strategies targeting developers, enhancing awareness, education, and product adoption through effective programs and partnerships.

The Technical Deployment Lead will oversee and manage the delivery of complex systems to customers, ensuring alignment with business outcomes and driving adoption through effective execution and change management.

Lead mid-market APAC account portfolio and GTM strategy for OpenAI. Drive outbound lighthouse deals, partner-led programmatic sales, own consumption revenue targets and forecasts, and collaborate with solutions, research engineering, and executives to deploy AI solutions. Support hiring, onboarding, and company culture development.

The Customer Success Manager will manage advertiser relationships, guide onboarding and campaigns, analyze performance data, and improve advertiser experience while ensuring responsible platform use.

Lead OpenAI's Global Safety Response team, ensuring high performance and handling complex safety cases while managing operational outcomes and fostering cross-functional partnerships.

The Forward Deployed Engineer leads the deployment of advanced AI models, collaborates with customers, and drives technical delivery from prototyping to production. Responsibilities include system design, coding, and providing feedback to improve product outcomes.

Partner with customers to design, prototype, and deploy AI-enabled cybersecurity workflows using OpenAI models and integrations. Lead discovery across security domains, build demos and pilots, define success criteria and safety guardrails, advise on secure implementation, and deliver reusable assets and product feedback.

Drive GTM operating cadences, forecasting, territory design and resource planning for India and SEA. Provide data-driven insights, lead cross-functional strategic projects, improve revenue processes, and partner with data and technical teams to ensure accurate revenue operations and scale sales effectiveness.
