Supports International Wealth Premier Relationship Managers by delivering one-stop banking solutions, managing customer relationships, assisting with loan applications and sales transactions, handling client documentation and data entry, responding to inquiries, maintaining records, and providing administrative, operational, service, and marketing support to ensure an excellent Premier Banking customer experience.

Oversee the bank’s New Product Approval Process and third-party risk management framework across group entities. Responsibilities include policy governance, subsidiary oversight, risk assessments, due diligence reviews, monitoring, reporting, regulatory alignment, audit support, risk opinions, and stakeholder training. The role provides second-line risk oversight and advisory support throughout third-party relationship lifecycles, including onboarding, renewal, changes, and exit.
