Senior Contracts Manager serving as the regional contracting advisor for data center development, construction, procurement, and delivery across APAC. Leads complex agreement drafting and negotiations, advises on commercial risk, supports contract execution and claims avoidance, and develops scalable contracting frameworks, templates, and governance processes. Partners with Supply Chain, Construction, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Tax, and regional leadership across multiple jurisdictions.

Provides confidential administrative and executive support to chief executives and senior vice presidents. Responsibilities include managing schedules, meetings, travel, correspondence, files, expenses, events, presentations, and action items. The role serves as a gatekeeper, coordinates internal and external stakeholders, supports special projects, conducts research, and may handle personal appointments or errands. Strong organization, communication, discretion, prioritization, problem-solving, and project-management skills are required.

Leads technical site due diligence, site selection risk analysis, master planning, permitting strategy, test fits, consultant management, and reporting for data center expansion projects. Evaluates infrastructure, environmental, regulatory, engineering, construction, cost, and schedule risks; coordinates site visits and specialist reviews; develops go/no-go recommendations; manages dashboards, quality controls, and process improvements; and communicates findings to senior stakeholders and investors. Travel within the region and internationally may comprise up to 35% of working time.
