Leads strategic procurement and end-to-end sourcing for data center construction projects across APAC. Responsibilities include supplier selection, RFP/RFQ management, contract negotiation, supplier performance, market analysis, cost optimization, and stakeholder collaboration. The role requires expertise in construction procurement, major capital equipment, contracts such as FIDIC, JCT, and NEC, ERP procurement tools, and managing multiple projects. Travel of 10%–15% and occasional onsite work are required.

Leads cross-functional business initiatives for global data center development execution. Manages KPIs, OKRs, reporting, data governance, communications, process improvements, and regional-to-global alignment. Supports steering committees, operational meetings, resource targets, stakeholder communication, and strategic planning across multinational teams. The role is remote with occasional onsite work and up to 25% travel.

Leads the design, deployment, reliability, performance, security, and lifecycle management of enterprise infrastructure. Oversees operating systems, networks, cloud architectures, automation, Infrastructure as Code, containerization, capacity planning, testing, monitoring, incident resolution, and SLA compliance. Partners with stakeholders and clients, drives infrastructure improvements, documents systemic issues, and mentors junior team members.
