Senior Contracts Manager serving as the regional contracting advisor for data center development, construction, procurement, and delivery across APAC. Leads complex agreement drafting and negotiations, advises on commercial risk, supports contract execution and claims avoidance, and develops scalable contracting frameworks, templates, and governance processes. Partners with Supply Chain, Construction, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Tax, and regional leadership across multiple jurisdictions.

Provides confidential administrative and executive support to chief executives and senior vice presidents. Responsibilities include managing schedules, meetings, travel, correspondence, files, expenses, events, presentations, and action items. The role serves as a gatekeeper, coordinates internal and external stakeholders, supports special projects, conducts research, and may handle personal appointments or errands. Strong organization, communication, discretion, prioritization, problem-solving, and project-management skills are required.

Leads technical site due diligence, site selection risk analysis, master planning, permitting strategy, test fits, consultant management, and reporting for data center expansion projects. Evaluates infrastructure, environmental, regulatory, engineering, construction, cost, and schedule risks; coordinates site visits and specialist reviews; develops go/no-go recommendations; manages dashboards, quality controls, and process improvements; and communicates findings to senior stakeholders and investors. Travel within the region and internationally may comprise up to 35% of working time.

Partner with business leaders to lead end-to-end recruitment across regions: build pipelines via market mapping and direct sourcing, manage 40+ hires/year, improve time-to-hire and candidate experience, report KPIs, develop competency-based interview guides, ensure hiring governance across U.S., EMEA and APAC, and support TA projects and stakeholder advice. Role requires strong sourcing, ATS use, talent analytics, and international collaboration with occasional travel.

Manage in-life data center infrastructure projects across a regional cluster: define scope, plan and execute projects on time and budget, coordinate resources, manage stakeholders, assure quality, mitigate risks, maintain documentation, and uphold Zero Outage practices.

Lead Design Management for APAC data center projects: assign and monitor Design Managers, oversee consultant selection, ensure design compliance with standards, manage budgets/schedules, support pre-sales and procurement strategies, and drive value engineering and sustainability initiatives across multi‑country large-scale data center developments.
