Administer and maintain enterprise SharePoint farms, site collections and SQL Server environments across on-prem, hybrid, and Microsoft 365. Perform patching, upgrades, HA/DR, migrations, governance enforcement, automation via PowerShell, monitoring, incident response, and compliance activities. Support Exchange, Teams and Skype for Business integrations, participate on-call rotations, and collaborate with security teams to ensure system reliability and audit readiness.

Lead resolution of complex escalations, design resilient IaC and GitOps standards, manage multi-tenant Kubernetes, enforce SLOs/SR, mentor teams, perform RCAs, automate operations, support DR and project delivery to meet SLAs.
