Implements, configures, upgrades, and supports cybersecurity platforms in customer environments. Troubleshoots technical issues, supports monitoring, vulnerability management, access controls, and compliance activities, and escalates complex problems. Maintains documentation, SOPs, project administration, status reporting, and knowledge transfer. Collaborates with customers, project managers, vendors, and technical teams during deployments and operational support. May mentor junior engineers while handling routine implementations independently.

Develops and executes ASEAN-wide partner marketing, demand generation, content localization, field marketing, and event programs. Owns campaign budgets, partner marketing funds, agency and vendor relationships, Salesforce campaign tracking, performance measurement, pipeline contribution, and lead management. Collaborates with sales, alliances, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive brand awareness, qualified leads, revenue, and marketing-influenced pipeline. Provides coaching and supports a high-performing marketing culture.

Build and maintain full-stack web applications, developing React interfaces and scalable backend services and RESTful APIs. Translate business requirements into tested solutions, collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers, participate in code reviews, and troubleshoot defects and performance issues. The role may use Java, Node.js, Python, AWS Lambda, and related cloud, serverless, database, testing, and deployment technologies.
