Serve as strategic and operational HR Business Partner for a high-tech manufacturing site: manage end-to-end HR functions (recruitment, employee relations, performance, compensation, LMS), lead talent reviews, succession planning, training/OJT, HR analytics, and liaise with Singapore government agencies to support workforce capability and organizational development.

Lead and mentor Account Managers and Customer Service staff to drive commercial performance, customer satisfaction, and market expansion for high‑tech OEM accounts. Oversee key account strategy (semiconductor, analytical, healthcare), handle escalations and complex negotiations, optimize CRM/sales processes and NPI handovers, and collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Engineering to align commercial commitments with capacity.

Lead supplier qualification, audits, and part approval (APQP/PPAP/FAI). Manage supplier corrective actions (8D), monitor supplier performance, ensure ISO 9001 compliance, and support NPI with cross-functional teams to improve supplier process capability and product quality.
