Supports the electrical design, integration, assembly, testing, troubleshooting, qualification, and continuous improvement of high-precision mechatronic equipment. The role works with production and operations teams to resolve equipment issues, perform root cause analysis, maintain manufacturing documentation, manage engineering changes, and ensure systems meet performance, reliability, quality, and safety requirements.

Leads end-to-end supply chain operations across two entities, including planning, procurement, MRP, inventory, customer service, and warehouse management. Develops supply chain strategy, KPIs, and operational plans while ensuring delivery, production continuity, inventory accuracy, cost efficiency, and working capital performance. Identifies risks, drives process improvement, and develops the supply chain organization. Provides analysis and recommendations for strategic decision-making.

Lead demand and supply planning for a high-mix, low-volume engineer-to-order manufacturing environment. Own rolling forecasts, S&OP/S&OE cycles, master scheduling, order promising, lead-time quoting, planning parameters, and forecast accuracy. Translate demand into capacity and production priorities while coordinating Sales, Scheduling, Materials, and Operations. Facilitate cross-functional trade-offs and ensure planning decisions flow into material planning and shop-floor execution.
