Lead demand and supply planning for a high-mix, low-volume engineer-to-order manufacturing environment. Own rolling forecasts, S&OP/S&OE cycles, master scheduling, order promising, lead-time quoting, planning parameters, and forecast accuracy. Translate demand into capacity and production priorities while coordinating Sales, Scheduling, Materials, and Operations. Facilitate cross-functional trade-offs and ensure planning decisions flow into material planning and shop-floor execution.

Lead procurement activities for new product introduction and program delivery from concept through volume production. Own material cost, supplier qualification, readiness, capacity planning, risk management, and cross-functional execution. Drive cost optimization, supplier development, milestone governance, and structured handover to operations while ensuring cost, quality, delivery, and customer requirements are met.

Lead supplier qualification, audits, and part approval (APQP/PPAP/FAI). Manage supplier corrective actions (8D), monitor supplier performance, ensure ISO 9001 compliance, and support NPI with cross-functional teams to improve supplier process capability and product quality.

Leads the full HR function for NTS Singapore, advising senior management and building a scalable people strategy. Responsibilities include workforce planning, talent acquisition, foreign workforce quotas and work passes, government relations, employment compliance, compensation and benefits, payroll oversight, employee relations, organisational development, succession planning, learning programs, culture transformation, and HR team leadership. The role requires deep Singapore HR expertise and experience in high-tech manufacturing, semiconductor, or precision engineering environments.

Manage full-cycle recruitment across functions and levels, from requisition and sourcing through onboarding. Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning, build candidate pipelines, maintain ATS records, analyze recruitment metrics, and lead internship and young talent programs. Ensure compliance with Singapore MOM and TAFEP requirements while supporting onboarding, training administration, HR projects, and related initiatives.

Lead NPI engineering and project management to deliver new products on time, in scope, and within budget. Develop NPI strategy, manage cross-functional teams, governance, KPIs, budgets, risk mitigation, process improvements, and ensure smooth transition to high-volume manufacturing while interfacing with stakeholders and customers.
