Northslope Technologies covers 100% of employee health-insurance premiums, offers PPO/HMO plans and HSA/FSA options. We provide a 401(k) match up to 3%, a flexible take-what-you-need time off policy and paid holidays, which includes a 2 week winter break. We offer 16 weeks of paid parental leave for all parents. We also host biannual company offsites.
