Senior APAC compliance leader based in Singapore responsible for regional compliance strategy, regulatory engagement, policy and control oversight, conduct and financial crimes risk management, integrating compliance with enterprise risk frameworks, leading remediation and exams, and developing/aligning regional compliance teams and governance across business units.

Provide compliance advisory and regulatory support for APAC FX business, manage monitoring and surveillance, evaluate regulatory requirements, implement compliance programs and controls, support regulatory requests and governance, liaise with regional legal/entity compliance teams, deliver training, and lead compliance projects to ensure adherence to MAS, regional rules and global market conduct standards.
