Support architecture development and solution delivery for customer projects. Involve in pre-sales and execution phases, addressing technical risks and ensuring design accuracy.

Support and maintain the Singapore lab’s systems and virtual infrastructure. Install, configure, test, and manage Linux OS (Ubuntu/RedHat), application software, and system management tools. Automate tasks with custom scripts, ensure high availability, assist Nokia internal testing, NPI and CE teams for customer POCs, and participate in designing operational support systems.

Lead foundry-facing silicon photonics process integration and NPI from tape-out through qualification and ramp. Drive yield learning, failure analysis, process convergence, manufacturability, DOE/SPC-based improvements, and technology transfer while coordinating cross-functional teams and external foundry partners.
