Senior HR Business Partner (9-month contract) advising CXO leaders on talent strategy, org design, performance calibration, succession planning, employee relations, DE&I, and people analytics. Partners with COEs to deliver HR programs, lead restructures, facilitate leadership offsites, and use data-driven insights to improve organizational effectiveness.

The VP, Global Commercial Compliance will ensure compliance in sales and marketing, manage regulatory engagements, and provide strategic advice to leadership. Responsibilities include advising on complex deals, engaging clients, automating processes, and reporting on compliance health.

Lead the development and implementation of financial crime compliance strategy, focusing on prevention and detection of money laundering risk while optimizing compliance operations and training programs.
