Deliver quantitative research, analytics, and actionable consumer insights to FMCG clients; present findings and client trainings for Brand Health, Segmentation, Usage & Attitudes, CX and Shopper solutions; build strong client relationships, identify opportunities, and ensure timely, accurate research deliverables using Excel and PowerPoint.

Lead sales and renewals for Financial Services and Tech & Durables accounts, build and forecast a healthy pipeline, identify new revenue streams, and strengthen client relationships. Partner with Customer Success and account leaders to develop account plans and JBPs, act on Voice of Customer feedback, expand customer networks, and escalate product needs for Consumer Behavior Insights and Brand solutions.

Lead a team of analysts to deliver quantitative consumer insights and analytics, build senior client relationships, coach team members, manage projects and internal stakeholders, deliver presentations and tactical training on NIQ/GfK CMI products, and identify growth opportunities for client accounts.
