Teams at Niederrheinische Verkehrsbetriebe AG (NIAG)

Serve as the interface between customers, logistics teams, and IT for Blue Yonder WMS projects. Analyze and optimize warehouse processes, translate business requirements into solution concepts and specifications, and support implementation throughout the project lifecycle. Create user stories, test plans, acceptance criteria, and documentation. Coordinate stakeholders, perform testing and quality assurance, and support go-live, hypercare, and continuous solution enhancements.

Coordinates with pricing, procurement, overseas offices, and agents to obtain freight rates and tariff information. Prepares and submits customer quotations, follows up with customers and sales teams, records updates in ticketing systems, and provides market feedback. Handles commercial and pricing escalations while supporting tenders, spot quotations, and shipment activation across regional operations.

The Senior Technical Consultant will implement and integrate Blue Yonder WMS solutions, develop technical concepts, ensure system integration, and enhance platform functionality based on customer feedback.
