Performs routine compliance monitoring, tracks regulatory updates, supports regulatory inspections and audits, assists with client onboarding checks, reviews marketing materials and due diligence requests, and prepares compliance communications and training materials. Provides administrative and project support to the regional compliance team while helping maintain the compliance risk management framework.

Support portfolio construction and trade execution for Asian-focused emerging market debt across rates, bonds and FX. Monitor exposures and risks, provide market research and trade recommendations, improve trading processes, liaise with middle-office/operations, and maintain sell-side relationships.

Provide end-to-end sales support for intermediary distribution across Southeast Asia: handle client/distributor queries, prepare pitch materials and briefing packs, maintain CRM and sales/flow/AUM analytics, manage distributor onboarding and documentation, customize marketing collateral, and organise regional events and trainings while coordinating with product, legal, compliance, finance and operations stakeholders.
