As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you'll drive Neo4j's growth through value-based selling, technical discovery, pre-sales engagement, and partner collaboration in the APAC region.

Lead pre-sales technical engagements for APAC enterprise customers: architect solutions, build PoV prototypes, run technical workshops, enable partners/hyperscalers, and drive technical wins through discovery, demos, and handoffs to delivery teams.

Lead and deliver multiple concurrent enterprise Neo4j implementations, coordinating onshore/offshore/partner teams, managing governance, finances, risks, and delivery schedules, partnering with Sales and Pre-Sales to drive customer value and identify upsell opportunities.
