Lead marine and operational technology projects from initiation through closure, managing scope, deliverables, budgets, timelines, suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders. Develop project plans, monitor progress, coordinate equipment deliveries and factory acceptance tests, facilitate technical solutions, and conduct milestone reviews. Ensure compliance with quality and cybersecurity requirements, assess design changes, resolve issues, and support successful delivery across international projects.

Design, develop, test, commission, and service marine automation systems focused on propulsion control and Dynamic Positioning. Responsibilities include PLC and HMI programming, factory acceptance testing, onboard commissioning, vessel trials, troubleshooting, documentation, and collaboration with shipyards, vessel owners, and crews. The role requires international travel and hands-on work in both office and field environments.

Supports the technical execution of maritime automation and control projects by producing engineering documentation, drawings, and HMI designs. Reviews design changes, evaluates technical and cost impacts, supports cost control and contractual compliance, and participates in project meetings and milestone reviews. Collaborates with international teams and customers, resolves technical and quality issues, and ensures adherence to quality, cybersecurity, and project procedures.

Support development of tools that parse P&ID diagrams, recognize symbols, generate node-connection graphs, produce XML data, and create UI components for maritime automation systems. Assist with computer vision, OCR, image processing, algorithm testing, and validation of AI-generated outputs. Collaborate with cross-functional engineers while applying Python and frontend technologies to automate the transformation of engineering diagrams into structured data and interactive interfaces.

Responsible for technical execution of maritime engineering projects, including system design, documentation, drawings, and HMI designs for OT systems. Collaborates with project teams and stakeholders, evaluates design changes, supports project planning, ensures quality, safety, cybersecurity, and contractual compliance, and resolves technical challenges. The role also includes design reviews, customer coordination, testing support, and international travel when required.
