Own and scale Multiplier's B2B affiliate and referral program globally: recruit high-value partners, design commission models, manage PRM and budgets, enable partners with assets and training, analyze and optimize performance, prevent fraud, and report revenue impact to leadership.

Drive new business in APAC through outbound prospecting, demos, and pipeline management. Meet sales targets, secure net-new logos, manage accounts in Salesforce, and collaborate with customer success for onboarding and expansion.

Execute outbound sales activities to build pipeline and partner with sales reps to close. Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, and Salesforce to engage 600 leads/month, run 50 outbound sequences/day, and schedule 10–20 demos/month to meet SQL targets.

Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations to design scalable, product-first solutions for complex global employment and payroll use cases. Lead discovery, validate feasibility, document reusable solution assets, and provide structured inputs to product planning while ensuring operational runnability and compliance.

The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for generating new business leads, maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with the sales team to drive growth.
