Own product onboarding and ongoing product experience for portfolio tax firms: design workflows, manage data migrations, consolidate tooling, configure billing, build measurement and dashboards, drive adoption via training, triage product ops, and customize last-mile solutions to improve firm productivity and CSAT.

Lead a small engineering sub-pod while remaining hands-on: scope and deliver workflow automation for tax or corporate accounting, hire and develop ~2 engineers, engage clients to validate solutions, set technical direction, and coordinate across pods to ship reliable, compliant, client-facing systems rapidly.

Build and ship full‑stack features for tax professionals, translate tax workflows into scalable software, collaborate with product/design/AI teams, prototype rapidly, and maintain high code quality and documentation.
