Build and evolve MultiplierOS, a business-critical platform supporting pricing, quoting, invoicing, payments, reporting, organizational data, integrations, and operational workflows. Design domain models, reliable integrations, auditable workflows, and scalable production systems. Lead complex initiatives from requirements through rollout, improve observability and reliability, and collaborate with finance, operations, product, and portfolio-company stakeholders. The role requires strong systems thinking, product judgment, and ownership in ambiguous, high-growth environments.

Manage Multiplier’s portfolio-led M&A engine across global accounting and tax firms. Responsibilities include sourcing acquisition and acquihire opportunities, developing relationships with portfolio leaders and sellers, creating deal playbooks, analyzing financial statements, building models, preparing investment theses, coordinating legal and financial diligence, supporting negotiations, and managing signing and closing. The role also supports broader corporate development initiatives and requires strong organization, communication, commercial judgment, and AI adoption.

Lead a small engineering sub-pod while remaining hands-on: scope and deliver workflow automation for tax or corporate accounting, hire and develop ~2 engineers, engage clients to validate solutions, set technical direction, and coordinate across pods to ship reliable, compliant, client-facing systems rapidly.

Own product problems end to end, from user discovery and roadmap prioritization through technical design and production delivery. Build full-stack applications with React, backend APIs, data models, configurable workflows, and migrations. Design production-grade LLM agent systems, including extraction, reconciliation, orchestration, human review, and multi-pass verification. Collaborate directly with accountants, operators, firms, designers, domain experts, and engineering teams while communicating decisions through clear technical and product documentation.

Build and ship full‑stack features for tax professionals, translate tax workflows into scalable software, collaborate with product/design/AI teams, prototype rapidly, and maintain high code quality and documentation.
