Leads regional cybersecurity incident response, directing triage, investigation, containment, eradication, recovery, forensics, and remediation. Improves response playbooks, readiness, evidence handling, reporting, and detection capabilities through exercises and automation. Coordinates technical teams, executives, legal, risk, compliance, and external partners during high-pressure incidents. Researches evolving threats, supports audits, mentors investigators, and strengthens organizational cyber resilience.

Leads complex, cross-branch and cross-regional programs from planning through closure. Responsibilities include integrated planning, governance, executive reporting, risk and change management, budgeting, resource coordination, vendor oversight, stakeholder alignment, implementation, and coaching project managers and workstream leads across a regulated financial-services environment.

Supports APAC implementation and operation of MUFG’s Data Governance framework. Oversees data quality, lineage, metadata, data dictionaries, key data elements, controls, reporting, risk remediation, audits, and regulatory requirements. Advises senior stakeholders across business, compliance, operations, technology, and risk; leads governance workstreams for transformations and system changes; facilitates regional forums; and mentors junior team members. Drives governance maturity, process improvements, automation, and adoption of data management standards.
