As an Assistant Vice President, Credit Analyst, you will prepare credit applications, monitor borrower ratings, assess credit risks, and maintain stakeholder relationships.

Support origination, structuring and execution of debt capital markets transactions across products and currencies. Manage workflows, perform market and pricing analysis, prepare pitchbooks and client materials, support due diligence, documentation, ratings analysis, investor marketing/roadshows and settlement, and ensure regulatory and AML/KYC compliance while coordinating stakeholders.

Lead the Client Onboarding team for global markets products, ensuring efficient onboarding for corporate clients and coordinating with various internal teams while focusing on regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.
