Perform batch review and disposition in SAP, investigate deviations/OOS/customer complaints, track CAPAs, review/approve change controls, SOPs and cleaning records, provide training and SME support, collaborate across operations, SCM and QP/Qualified Release personnel, and support continuous improvement and regulatory compliance (cGMP).

Lead Asia Pacific regional strategy and operations: design GTM and new product planning frameworks, drive launch governance, mobilize cross-functional global capabilities, enable the AP Regional President, and build regional capability to convert strategic priorities into measurable outcomes across markets and franchises.
