Lead site IT end-user services and infrastructure: design, deliver, and improve IT service delivery, manage vendors and budgets, ensure audit-ready GxP compliance, resolve complex infrastructure and specialty print issues, and coach/manage staff while coordinating with global IT leadership.

Lead regional regulatory strategy and serve as single point of contact for products. Support development, submissions, HA responses, labeling, and cross‑functional alignment across countries and HQ.

Support regional regulatory publishing and SPRI activities: prepare and publish regulatory dossiers, maintain templates, assist RIM tool adoption, collect and analyze data, develop small automation solutions, support events and SharePoint maintenance to improve regulatory operations.

Lead network capacity planning and analysis across a large global infrastructure. Manage daily supply chain planning activities: translate demand into supply plans, monitor forecasts and inventory, handle order management in SAP, support ERP/process improvements, develop dashboards (Power BI/Tableau), ensure data quality, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to mitigate supply risks and drive continuous improvement.
