Design and operate CI/CD pipelines, troubleshoot issues, and partner with development, QA, business, and client technology teams to deliver a secure, highly available, performant solution.

Manage and expand institutional client relationships across Southeast Asia while selling MSCI index subscriptions, research licenses, and MSCI-linked financial products. Responsibilities include account strategy, senior stakeholder engagement, product presentations, contract negotiation, closing sales, revenue attainment, client inquiry resolution, and cross-functional coordination with service, legal, billing, marketing, and product teams. The role also gathers client feedback and supports future product development.
