Responsibilities include Microsoft 365 administration, user lifecycle management, backup testing, helpdesk request resolution, procedure documentation, software deployment, desktop imaging, inventory monitoring, server configuration, and Cisco network administration. The role also supports infrastructure projects, client meetings, system demonstrations, and troubleshooting across Windows, Exchange, Active Directory, virtualization, networking, and mobile devices.
