Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers in APAC as the primary customer contact to drive retention, renewals, upsell/cross-sell, and expansion. Act as strategic advisor, create account plans, forecast revenue, identify risks and growth via data, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer outcomes.

Serve as a technical pre-sales advisor for MongoDB, designing scalable architectures, guiding customers through migrations and deployments, supporting sales with demos/proofs, driving demand generation, and mentoring peers while articulating product value to stakeholders.
