Mentor solutions consulting colleagues while staying current on MongoDB, cloud, distributed systems, DevOps, Kubernetes, and AI architectures.

Design scalable MongoDB-based applications and distributed systems, advise customers on architecture and optimization, and partner with sales teams on technical discovery, demonstrations, proofs of value, sizing, presentations, and account strategy. Generate demand through technical initiatives and events, build customer champions, mentor colleagues, relay field feedback to product teams, and maintain expertise in MongoDB, cloud platforms, modern architectures, and AI technologies.

Serve as a technical pre-sales advisor for MongoDB, designing scalable architectures, guiding customers through migrations and deployments, supporting sales with demos/proofs, driving demand generation, and mentoring peers while articulating product value to stakeholders.
