Generates new B2B business for foreign exchange products through research, high-volume outbound calls, networking, email outreach, and relationship building. Presents FX products, maintains sales pipelines and forecasts, meets performance targets, assesses client needs, verifies client legitimacy, and records interactions. Collaborates with Dealing, Compliance, and Risk teams while adhering to regulatory, conduct, and risk-management requirements.

Drive new FX sales revenue by prospecting, generating leads, pitching solutions, managing client relationships, and growing existing accounts through repeat sales and upselling. Collaborate with dealing, compliance, risk, and introducing broker teams while maintaining accurate pipelines, forecasts, regulatory adherence, and current FX market knowledge.

Manage FX settlement and operations teams, overseeing payments, reconciliations, liquidity, error resolution, derivatives reporting, regulatory submissions, and banking relationships. Ensure compliance with operational policies, manage client and counterparty issues, support risk-based capital calculations, advise front-office teams on liquidity and margin requirements, and develop processes for new FX products and operational infrastructure.
