Lead customer AI transformation and implementation engagements using monday.com. Design workflows, relational data structures, automations, agents, reporting, and lightweight integrations. Advise stakeholders on business process improvements, deliver training and demos, manage project plans, document solutions, and ensure adoption. Collaborate with internal teams and partners, represent customer needs, and contribute reusable implementation assets and thought leadership.

Manage and grow channel partnerships across Southeast Asia, including partner strategy, sales execution, strategic account management, pipeline and forecast ownership, partnership agreements, performance optimization, and portfolio targets. The role requires collaboration across internal teams, relationship development, full-cycle sales leadership, and evaluating partnership opportunities and risks.

Partners with enterprise customers to understand operational challenges, design and deploy scalable workflows, build prototypes and automation, and lead technical onboarding. Owns integrations, SSO, SCIM, security configuration, troubleshooting, documentation, and training. Collaborates with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to convert customer needs into platform capabilities while serving as a trusted technical advisor.
