Lead business development to grow TVL and institutional adoption: source and onboard professional trading firms, build strategic DeFi partnerships, own growth metrics, collaborate with product and engineering, and represent the company at industry events.

Own sourcing, negotiating, and executing creator partnerships across Chinese and English channels to drive user/agent activation. Build a tiered KOL CRM, run localized campaigns and livestreams, enforce anti-fraud, and report on conversion-focused attribution and performance metrics.

Design and implement high-performance Rust backend services and core infrastructure for an institutional-grade decentralized trading framework. Build and audit secure smart contracts for EVM environments, optimize sub-millisecond trading latency, and integrate privacy-preserving cryptography and TEEs into scalable distributed systems.

Own technical onboarding and integrations for institutional trading clients: build SDKs, API docs, and automated tests; provide tier-one support and live diagnostics; implement observability and health checks; surface product feedback to core engineering.
