Serve as senior technical leader for manufacturing quality of complex lasers, photonics, optics, or precision electro-mechanical systems. Lead NPI, PFMEA, control plans, SPC, measurement system analysis, DOE, and structured problem-solving to improve process capability, resolve critical quality issues, support supplier quality, and drive zero-defect culture.

Lead NPI readiness and transfer for laser drilling products, develop and validate manufacturing processes, design jigs/fixtures, implement lean improvements, support production troubleshooting, qualify OEM EOL parts, and manage part lifecycle with supply chain and quality.

Provide administrative and site support for the Singapore Center of Excellence: manage travel and purchases, coordinate onboarding, support leadership, organize employee engagement and site events, and maintain office operations and records.

Lead cross-functional teams to manage complex manufacturing engineering projects end-to-end, drive process improvements and NPI through DFM, lean and Six Sigma, mentor engineers, coordinate budgets/schedules, and present results to senior leadership. Up to 30% travel required.

Design, develop, and maintain jigs, fixtures, and tooling; plan and execute preventive/predictive maintenance; support production teams and NPI readiness; apply lean and TPM to improve equipment reliability and reduce costs.

Analyze takt time and production capacity, balance lines, lead lean initiatives (VSM, Kaizen, 5S), collect and report production data, recommend manpower/equipment/layout changes, support NPI, and train teams to sustain continuous improvement.
