The role protects and grows recurring revenue, maintains disciplined CRM hygiene, coordinates cross-functional teams, and builds trusted relationships with customer decision-makers while contributing renewal insights and process improvements.

Runs Mixpanel’s AI-driven outbound prospecting engine across APAC, building target lists, supervising AI agents, launching campaigns, qualifying opportunities, and handing accepted pipeline to Account Executives. The role analyzes product-usage signals and campaign metrics, improves targeting and messaging, maintains data quality, and documents successful processes. It requires consultative discovery, commercial writing, AI workflow design, outbound automation, CRM fluency, and experience generating B2B software pipeline.

Runs Mixpanel’s AI-driven outbound prospecting system across APAC, including target-list building, campaign execution, AI-agent supervision, opportunity qualification, and Account Executive handoffs. Analyzes product-usage signals and campaign metrics to improve targeting, messaging, and channel mix. The role also documents successful processes and develops scalable outbound playbooks.
