Develop and execute channel marketing plans with APAC distributors/resellers, manage partner budgets/MDF, activate co-marketing campaigns, ensure brand compliance, track performance metrics, and collaborate closely with regional/global marketing and sales stakeholders to drive channel growth.

Lead regional Finance, Accounting, IT, Legal, Facilities and Admin teams across APAC to ensure operational excellence, financial stewardship, compliance, and strong employee experience. Drive regional budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, tax and audit readiness, implement global initiatives locally, manage risks, and develop regional talent while partnering with Global Functions and Sales leadership.
