Drive automation and AI adoption, deliver actionable insights and standardized reporting, strengthen governance, and partner cross-functionally to improve coverage, quota predictability, and operational efficiency.

Lead technical escalation and crisis response for strategic customers, orchestrating cross-functional vTeams to resolve complex cloud, identity, and M365 issues. Manage incident lifecycle, executive communications, action plans, and post-incident reviews to restore customer trust and drive proactive support improvements.
