Requires at least six years of consultative sales experience, with ten or more years preferred.

Leads technology strategy for priority customer accounts, serving as a trusted advisor to senior business and technical stakeholders. Develops transformation roadmaps across AI, cloud, data, security, modern work, and business applications; identifies technology-led growth opportunities; and connects investments to measurable outcomes. Orchestrates specialists, engineers, partners, and customer success teams to drive adoption, value realization, governance, and execution. Creates executive briefings and represents customer needs internally.

Leads go-to-market strategy and execution for Microsoft’s AI Business Process solutions across Asia. The role drives revenue growth, pipeline acceleration, sales activation, partner-led demand generation, cross-functional alignment, field enablement, business planning, and data-driven investment decisions. It also synthesizes market and field insights to influence corporate GTM plans, product roadmaps, and solution strategy.
