Teams at Microsoft

Owns customer success and value realization for strategic Microsoft cloud and M365 Copilot accounts across ASEAN. Leads executive alignment, adoption governance, milestone planning, performance measurement, issue resolution, and cross-functional execution. Partners with customers, Microsoft teams, sales, engineering, services, and delivery partners to drive measurable adoption, consumption, ROI, AI monetization, and commercial growth. Acts as a senior advisor and orchestrator for enterprise AI transformation and operating model initiatives.

Manage escalated customer and partner issues for large, strategic accounts; lead incident and service management across regions; coordinate cross-team responses, drive process improvements and postmortems; mentor peers; own vendor relationships; participate in rotational on-call support. Requires security screening and cloud technology proficiency.

Manage engineering scope, schedule, and budget for multi-disciplinary datacenter design and construction projects across North-East Asia. Lead teams of architects and engineers from site due diligence through design, permitting, procurement, construction, and turnover. Oversee feasibility studies, compliance, contracts, and stakeholder coordination to deliver mission-critical datacenter infrastructure aligned to regional capacity roadmaps.
