Provides second-line advisory guidance, oversees regional financial crime risks and third-party providers, monitors regulatory developments, supports enhancement programs, prepares governance reporting, and serves as the designated financial crime oversight individual. The role requires extensive stakeholder management, sound risk judgment, and collaboration across business, compliance, operations, and global risk teams.
