Leads process engineering support for medical device manufacturing, including automation projects, equipment upgrades, maintenance, calibration, validation, and continuous improvement. Improves machine uptime, yield, output, quality, process capability, and OEE while managing engineering resources, capital expenditures, risk assessments, and compliance. Collaborates with production, technical teams, suppliers, plants, and regulatory stakeholders to maintain safe, efficient, and compliant operations.

Plan and schedule finished goods and sub-assemblies using Oracle/ASCP to balance demand and supply, manage DC inventory, process internal orders, perform allocations, monitor expirations, prepare KPI reports, support S&OP, continuous improvement, and cross-functional coordination to meet customer demand.

Participate in product engineering to validate and verify medical device designs, manage sustaining engineering project costs and schedules, coordinate cross-functional development, support cost reduction and technical line support, and ensure compliance with safety and quality systems.
