Design, train, and deploy reinforcement and imitation learning policies for humanoid robots. Run physical robot experiments, improve sim-to-real transfer, maintain simulation environments and data pipelines, analyze deployment failures, and collaborate with hardware and firmware teams to improve policy robustness.

Own the industrial design and physical identity of humanoid robots, including form language, ergonomics, CMF, enclosures, packaging, and human-facing details. Translate engineering constraints into production-ready hardware through rapid prototyping, DFM/DFA reviews, supplier engagement, and collaboration with mechanical and electrical engineers. Ensure designs are manufacturable, serviceable, durable, and consistent across the hardware portfolio.

Own enterprise robotics deployments from opportunity qualification through implementation, customer sign-off, and follow-on purchases. Define scope, budgets, timelines, acceptance criteria, and responsibilities with customers and engineering. Lead cross-functional teams, partners, and customer stakeholders; manage milestones, risks, blockers, and scope changes. Translate successful deployments into production adoption and relay field learnings to product and engineering.
