Teams at MEMX

The Software Engineer will design, develop, and support the MEMX Trading system software, focusing on production support during US evening hours.

Serve as first point of contact for exchange members, respond to calls/emails/tickets, monitor and troubleshoot trading and clearing systems, investigate issues using internal/external tools, liaise with internal and external teams, identify and mitigate operational risks, and perform ad-hoc project work during the 9:00pm ET to 6:00am EST shift.
