Teams at Mastercard

Support development, maintenance, and implementation of global franchise network standards across markets. Research, draft, and coordinate standards for new payment flows and ecosystem models. Partner with Product, Core, Services, and Strategy teams to ensure compliance, network integrity, and cross-functional alignment. Monitor business trends, assess impacts on licensing and rules, and contribute analysis to enable franchise expansion and protect existing models. Periodic travel as needed.

Lead regional AP communications strategy and execute integrated B2B and corporate campaigns across earned, owned, paid and digital channels. Drive social and visual storytelling, oversee multimedia content production, manage agencies, and align global and local stakeholders to raise leadership visibility and employee engagement.

Lead and manage the Product Delivery PMO for APAC, overseeing planning, governance, risk, finances, resourcing and end-to-end delivery of complex Mastercard product and platform rollouts. Coach and grow a team of program managers, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, ensure scalable PMO processes, and drive successful regional launches and change initiatives.
