Leads Marsh’s Corporate and Commercial insurance business across the Northern Territory, managing key client relationships, team performance, revenue growth, renewals, broking strategies, claims management, and compliance. The role requires strong insurance expertise, commercial acumen, market leadership, and the ability to develop teams and expand client opportunities in a hybrid Darwin-based environment.

Manage client accounts and deliver broad-based and executive compensation consulting projects, including job evaluation, salary structures, incentive design, performance management, board evaluation, and executive benchmarking. Lead project decisions, mitigate risks, manage change control, guide analysts, ensure delivery quality, develop Singapore rewards expertise, and present proposals and outcomes to clients.

Advises shipowner clients across Asia on marine insurance and risk management solutions. Leads client relationships, reviews exposures and loss experience, develops renewal and placement strategies, serves as the primary day-to-day contact, and mentors junior colleagues. The role requires marine insurance expertise, preferably in marine hull and protection and indemnity, along with regional travel and hybrid office work in Singapore.
