Support Singapore retail broking team as first point of contact for client communications and day-to-day account tasks. Conduct client and industry research, prepare benchmarking and risk materials, handle billing and account coordination, escalate issues appropriately, gather relationship insights, and begin building client relationships while maintaining knowledge of Marsh's offerings.

Lead service delivery and client strategy for complex employee benefits engagements. Manage renewals, plan design, regulatory compliance, insurer placements, and propose solutions to grow revenue. Build long-term client and vendor relationships, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, collaborate with regional teams, and mentor teammates. MAS qualification required.

Manage and grow a portfolio of large retail broking clients in Singapore, achieve sales targets, coach junior team members, identify expansion opportunities, develop tailored solutions, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and represent Marsh at industry events.
