Responsibilities include researching client businesses and industry issues, preparing benchmarking studies and risk maps, coordinating billing and timelines, resolving account concerns, monitoring relationship satisfaction, and supporting retention and sales development. The role also builds client relationships and requires insurance industry experience and relevant general insurance certification.
