Support agency recruitment by partnering with leaders to coordinate campaigns, onboarding, events, and reporting; monitor KPIs; resolve recruitment issues; implement process improvements; provide on-site and operational support.

Lead post-launch (Day 2) management of complex life insurance product features: prioritize and deliver enhancements, ensure regulatory compliance and operational feasibility, manage production issues and UAT, drive root-cause fixes, and collaborate with Product, Technology, Risk, Compliance and Operations to improve processes and customer experience.

Manage AML/CFT financial crime compliance: review and investigate transaction monitoring alerts and STAs, file STRs, respond to law enforcement and regulators, perform CDD/EDD and SOW/SOF reviews, provide AML guidance, and support audits and process improvements.
