Leads regional cyber risk management and resiliency across Asia. Oversees risk interpretation, documentation, residual risk validation, regulatory and audit support, incident readiness, playbooks, simulations, and cross-market incident escalation. Manages Country Cyber Leads, aggregates systemic risk themes, partners with security engineering and program teams, and provides senior leadership with actionable cyber risk insights and final escalation decisions.

Leads Asia technology strategy and operations while owning Manulife’s global cloud environment and platform agenda. The role oversees Azure, AWS, and AliCloud strategy; cloud engineering, infrastructure, networks, end-user services, resilience, automation, modernization, financial management, and regulatory risk. It drives cloud migration, data-center exits, infrastructure-as-code, platform engineering, AI-enabled operations, and multi-country technology delivery while building distributed leadership teams and reusable cloud products.

Leads Singapore Marketing strategy, annual planning, transformation, strategic portfolio governance, budgeting, investment prioritization, benefits realization and operating-model evolution. Partners with senior leaders across functions to align priorities, manage dependencies, track execution, improve efficiency and deliver customer and commercial outcomes. The role also supports the CMO Office, leads cross-functional initiatives, develops governance, drives change adoption and coaches team members.
