Leads product transformation across the full product lifecycle, improving development and delivery processes, governance, efficiency, and time-to-market. Responsibilities include managing transformation roadmaps, book-of-work planning, prioritization, change implementation, SOPs, process redesign, continuous improvement, and cross-functional program delivery. The role prepares executive reporting, coordinates Product, IT, Operations, and Distribution stakeholders, and supports adoption of sustainable ways of working and AI-enabled capabilities.

Lead the development of AI and ML solutions for underwriting, manage a team of data scientists, and ensure compliance and governance in initiatives.

Provides strategic legal and regulatory advice on insurance, wealth, and high-net-worth products from concept through launch. Partners with senior leaders across Product, Distribution, Actuarial, Operations, and Compliance; supports product governance, commercial arrangements, regulatory engagement, and strategic business initiatives. Translates regulatory developments into practical advice, represents Legal with regulators and governance committees, contributes to regional and global policy discussions, and mentors junior legal team members.
