Manage APAC marketing and go-to-market operations from approved brief through launch. Coordinate agencies, creative production, localization, social publishing, app-install assets, legal and rights clearance, vendors, budgets, and finance processes. Maintain program status, workbacks, testing calendars, decision logs, reporting, and documentation. Produce executive-ready decks and handoff playbooks while coordinating stakeholders across country, global, creative, legal, and finance teams.

Own end-to-end video post-production for social content, including editing, filming, color grading, motion graphics, sound design, optimization, and final delivery. Translate scripts and briefs into compelling visual narratives, maintain brand consistency, and provide creative input. Collaborate with creative teams, production partners, and clients while staying current with video trends and meeting tight deadlines.

Lead marketing planning and operations across APAC: run strategic and operational projects, perform business analysis to inform investments, manage annual and quarterly planning (budget and headcount), improve processes and approvals, oversee internal communications, and syndicate learnings to drive efficiency and strategic priorities.
