Supports marketing campaigns, communications, events, promotions, and community initiatives for retail assets in Singapore. Coordinates agencies, tenants, vendors, contractors, and event companies; manages casual leasing activities and budgets; responds to marketing inquiries; tracks mall marketing KPIs such as sales and traffic; and provides administrative support. The role also contributes to digital and social media activities, campaign conceptualization, performance analysis, and stakeholder communications.

Manages the full accounts receivable cycle for a retail mall, including tenant billing, rental income accounting, collections, reconciliations, deposits, banking transactions, arrears monitoring, reporting, and audit support. The role also reviews tenant sales data, calculates turnover rent, maintains customer accounts, supports retail operations, and ensures compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.

Manage real estate investment transactions for a Singapore-listed REIT, including acquisitions, divestments, capital raises, due diligence, feasibility studies, transaction structuring, financial analysis, regulatory compliance, and investment committee presentations. The role also oversees advisors and corporate service providers, supports REIT strategy and business planning, and manages internal and external stakeholders across Singapore and Asia.
