Support property operations and compliance for Shaw Tower by administering management systems, ensuring EH&S and statutory compliance, assisting budget oversight, delivering audits and incident management, developing operational processes, training operations teams, and exploring technologies to improve efficiency and cost savings.

Support and execute retail marketing campaigns, events and promotions for mall assets in Singapore. Liaise with agencies, tenants and vendors, manage casual leasing and budgets, respond to marketing enquiries and provide administrative support to the marketing team.

Lead marketing planning and execution for a new mixed-use development, driving footfall, tenant visibility and CML revenue through integrated campaigns, partnerships, events and activations. Manage agencies, vendors, budgets, market research, brand communications, and tenant relationships to meet KPIs and income targets.

The Centre Manager will oversee operations, manage budgets and financial planning, ensure compliance, and lead the management team to improve mall performance.

Support fund managers in managing Lendlease funds, develop asset management plans, produce investor reports, and assist with asset acquisitions.
