Leads global procurement operations, including category management, strategic sourcing, supplier relationships, negotiations, cost transparency, risk mitigation, sustainability, and compliance. The role manages teams and senior stakeholders, drives cross-functional procurement projects, champions innovation and change management, and uses analytics and business intelligence to improve efficiency, resilience, and value creation.

Provides commercial analytics and strategic insights for the Singapore, Malaysia, and Travel Retail business unit. Responsibilities include analyzing pricing, promotions, product mix, market, and shopper data; building datasets and dashboards; forecasting; supporting experiments; translating findings into actionable recommendations; training stakeholders on self-service tools; and partnering with leadership and cross-functional teams to improve performance and drive growth.

Leads LEGO Group’s Social Responsibility strategy and execution across APAC and China. Oversees regional portfolios covering community engagement, partnerships, program activation, governance, impact measurement, and resource allocation. Partners with business, government, NGO, academic, and commercial stakeholders to translate social impact into business value. Builds organizational capability, leads a geographically dispersed team, represents the company externally, and contributes to global Social Responsibility priorities.
