Provide recruitment coordination and candidate experience support for Global Talent Acquisition. Partner with recruiters and HR, assist job postings, advise on candidate experience, collaborate to improve process efficiency, and support HR service requests across APAC and EMEA.

Lead APAC commercial strategy and drive regional commercial development processes. Partner with Market Group Heads and Global Commercial Development to deploy channel strategy, pricing, portfolio, and digital initiatives. Own customer insights, sales capability building, and governance while leading a regional team to deliver revenue growth and execution across the region.

Deliver legal services including contract drafting, negotiation, and lifecycle management for APAC, with a focus on Vietnam operations.
