Leads LEGO Group’s Social Responsibility strategy and execution across APAC and China. Oversees regional portfolios covering community engagement, partnerships, program activation, governance, impact measurement, and resource allocation. Partners with business, government, NGO, academic, and commercial stakeholders to translate social impact into business value. Builds organizational capability, leads a geographically dispersed team, represents the company externally, and contributes to global Social Responsibility priorities.

Own talent attraction and employer branding across Asia Pacific and China. Develop localized campaigns for Japan, Singapore, South Korea, China, and India; manage paid social campaigns; create employer brand content; analyze campaign performance; and partner with Talent Acquisition, Communications, HR, and business leaders to align regional strategies with global employer brand initiatives.

Supports marketing planning and campaign execution, coordinates projects and deliverables, manages marketing materials, and assists with budget tracking. The role also supports purchase orders, approvals, invoices, reporting, and marketing investment processes while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders. It is an entry-level opportunity offering broad exposure to marketing functions and career development.
