Lead APAC supply planning to align demand forecasts, production and inventory targets. Build tactical supply plans, manage finished-goods deployment, monitor inventory health and DC in-stock performance, partner cross-functionally to resolve issues, and support S&OP, process change and technology transformation.

The Director of Cost Engineering drives cost management initiatives, leads strategic procurement efforts, and develops capabilities in cost transparency and should-cost methodologies. Responsibilities include defining global cost strategies, improving supplier negotiations, and enhancing operational efficiency.

Lead sourcing strategies and execute candidate identification across APAC and China. Conduct market mapping, engage passive talent, present market intelligence to stakeholders, manage multiple sourcing projects, and collaborate with recruiters and hiring leaders to fill hard-to-fill roles.
