Supports the Global Consumer Sales Tracking team by managing customer data collection, performing data quality checks, generating business insights, and helping commercial teams use data and analytical tools. Provide legal advice and support for APAC commercial, employment, competition, regulatory and corporate governance matters. Leads the global cost engineering strategy within Procurement, including should-costing, cost transparency, value engineering, cost forecasting, supplier cost analysis, and digital costing capabilities. Manages a global team, develops enterprise-wide tools and governance, supports sourcing and supplier negotiations, drives design-for-cost and operational efficiency, and partners with Finance and category teams. The role also establishes market monitoring, dashboards, capability-building programs, and AI- and data-enabled cost engineering transformation.

Leads LEGO Group’s Social Responsibility strategy and execution across APAC and China. Oversees regional portfolios covering community engagement, partnerships, program activation, governance, impact measurement, and resource allocation. Partners with business, government, NGO, academic, and commercial stakeholders to translate social impact into business value. Builds organizational capability, leads a geographically dispersed team, represents the company externally, and contributes to global Social Responsibility priorities.

Leads the global Credit Risk function, setting credit strategy, risk appetite, governance, and portfolio management across LEGO Group customers. Manages geographically dispersed teams, partners with commercial and finance leaders, evaluates complex customer credit risks, and balances growth with financial protection. Drives transformation through advanced analytics, predictive modelling, automation, and AI-enabled solutions while collaborating with Treasury, Accounts Receivable, and technology teams to improve working capital and credit performance.

Senior individual contributor designing and lifecycle-managing embedded microelectronics and power solutions for high-volume mechatronic consumer products. Interface with regional manufacturers and suppliers, ensure manufacturability, safety/compliance, testing, and cost/risk management. Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to deliver quality PCBA solutions aligned with architectural requirements. Travel regionally to support partners and production.
