Leads LEGO Group’s Social Responsibility strategy and execution across APAC and China. Oversees regional portfolios covering community engagement, partnerships, program activation, governance, impact measurement, and resource allocation. Own talent attraction and employer branding across Asia Pacific and China. Develop localized campaigns for Japan, Singapore, South Korea, China, and India; manage paid social campaigns; create employer brand content; analyze campaign performance; and partner with Talent Acquisition, Communications, HR, and business leaders to align regional strategies with global employer brand initiatives.

Leads the global Credit Risk function, setting credit strategy, risk appetite, governance, and portfolio management across LEGO Group customers. Manages geographically dispersed teams, partners with commercial and finance leaders, evaluates complex customer credit risks, and balances growth with financial protection. Drives transformation through advanced analytics, predictive modelling, automation, and AI-enabled solutions while collaborating with Treasury, Accounts Receivable, and technology teams to improve working capital and credit performance.

Deliver high-quality recruitment operations across the hiring lifecycle: track and report recruitment activity, review CVs, coordinate interviews, maintain candidate communication, support onboarding, drive process improvements, and provide ServiceNow and talent initiative support while partnering with recruiters and hiring managers.

Provide legal advice and support for APAC commercial, employment, competition, regulatory and corporate governance matters. Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, support market entry and transformation projects, mentor junior lawyers, and partner with business and HR teams to manage risk and enable regional growth.

Provide commercial and corporate legal support across China and APAC: draft and negotiate commercial agreements, review consumer-facing campaigns, support corporate administration and governance, and improve legal processes, templates, playbooks and technology to scale regional legal services.

Lead global B2B branded channel strategy and franchise operations to drive commercial growth, partner management, store performance, brand consistency, and training. Manage a team of ~15, collaborate with regional stakeholders and 60 partners, expand global footprint across 900+ stores, and implement a sustainable commercial and retail operating model.

Lead APAC supply planning to align demand forecasts, production and inventory targets. Build tactical supply plans, manage finished-goods deployment, monitor inventory health and DC in-stock performance, partner cross-functionally to resolve issues, and support S&OP, process change and technology transformation.

Senior individual contributor designing and lifecycle-managing embedded microelectronics and power solutions for high-volume mechatronic consumer products. Interface with regional manufacturers and suppliers, ensure manufacturability, safety/compliance, testing, and cost/risk management. Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to deliver quality PCBA solutions aligned with architectural requirements. Travel regionally to support partners and production.
