Own general ledger accounting and month-end close activities for Korea, Malaysia, and Singapore. Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting; investigate and resolve balance sheet issues; support audits and respond to audit queries; and improve accounting processes and reporting quality. This is a temporary one-year hybrid role based in Singapore with no relocation support.

Supports general ledger accounting and accurate financial reporting for entities across Australia, Japan, and New Zealand. Reviews reconciliations and journal entries, performs variance analysis, ensures statutory and tax compliance, supports audits, resolves complex accounting issues, and provides technical general ledger guidance. The role also drives process standardization, automation, continuous improvement, and finance transformation initiatives across APAC operations.

Leads APAC financial planning and analysis, including annual budgets, forecasts, targets, long-range planning, performance management, investment effectiveness, governance, and transformation. The role partners with senior commercial, operational, and finance leaders to improve profitability, productivity, planning accuracy, automation, and regional financial decision-making. Based in Singapore with a hybrid schedule and responsibility for coaching the APAC FP&A Manager.

Designs and improves injection moulds for high-precision LEGO products. Provides technical guidance to suppliers, supports quality and high-risk reorder initiatives, develops digital engineering tools, and contributes to equipment, material, process, and tolerance evaluations. Acts as a technical lead, mentor, and role model while managing cross-functional stakeholders, deadlines, costs, quality standards, and continuous improvement activities.

Manage APAC transportation operations by monitoring shipments, resolving service exceptions, analyzing freight costs and performance KPIs, forecasting shipment volumes, and improving carrier and logistics-provider performance. The role produces regular reports, supports transportation planning and tenders, manages stakeholder updates, and drives continuous improvement across the regional supply chain network.

Manage B2B and intercompany invoicing, credit and debit notes, month-end activities, trade rebates, reconciliations, reporting, audits, and e-invoicing. Partner with global stakeholders to resolve Accounts Receivable issues, meet service levels, support customers, and improve processes within a shared services environment. This is a temporary six-month hybrid contract based in Singapore.

Manages end-to-end supply planning, inventory, capacity, supplier ordering, and product delivery for internal and external manufacturing operations. Identifies and mitigates supply risks, coordinates recovery plans, supports product launches and phase-outs, and collaborates with suppliers and cross-functional teams. Leads planning process improvements through analytics, reporting, Kaizen, value stream mapping, and lead-time optimization while maintaining product availability and inventory performance.

Provide legal advice and support for APAC commercial, employment, competition, regulatory and corporate governance matters. Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, support market entry and transformation projects, mentor junior lawyers, and partner with business and HR teams to manage risk and enable regional growth.

Leads the global cost engineering strategy within Procurement, including should-costing, cost transparency, value engineering, cost forecasting, supplier cost analysis, and digital costing capabilities. Manages a global team, develops enterprise-wide tools and governance, supports sourcing and supplier negotiations, drives design-for-cost and operational efficiency, and partners with Finance and category teams. The role also establishes market monitoring, dashboards, capability-building programs, and AI- and data-enabled cost engineering transformation.
