Perform and evaluate LC-MS/HPLC quantitative analyses, maintain lab records, develop/validate methods, perform QC and instrument maintenance, train staff, support projects, write SOPs and reports, and participate in process improvements and client interactions.

Lead development, validation, and analysis of ligand binding immunoassays (PK and ADA) for preclinical and clinical studies. Serve as Study Director responsible for assay design, troubleshooting, method transfer, data review, regulatory compliance, project management, mentorship, and client interactions to ensure timely, audit-ready bioanalytical deliverables.

Perform immunochemistry sample analyses, develop/validate methods, run and maintain lab equipment, perform QC and documentation, assist method development, train junior staff, and support project work under supervision while ensuring SOP and regulatory compliance.
