Perform and evaluate quantitative LC-MS/HPLC analyses, maintain lab records, develop and validate methods, oversee small teams, train staff, perform QC and instrument maintenance, assist in report and SOP writing, and support client interactions and process improvements.

The Senior Scientist analyzes biological and chemical samples, develops methodologies, leads project work, and ensures compliance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines.

Participate in project meetings, contribute to process improvements, and support report/method documentation under supervision.

Coordinate and manage regional clinical study activities across Asia, liaising between Global Study Management and local CLS departments to ensure sample logistics, testing, and study supplies run smoothly from setup through closure. Monitor regional feasibility, resolve local issues, implement performance metrics, support continuous improvement, and maintain strong cross-functional communication to meet study objectives and customer satisfaction.

Lead development, validation, and analysis of ligand-binding immunoassays (PK and ADA) for preclinical and clinical studies. Design, optimize, transfer, and troubleshoot assays; perform bioanalysis and QC review; maintain audit-ready records; lead projects, mentor junior staff, manage lab operations and equipment, and communicate results to clients and stakeholders.

Coordinate and document shipments, manage shipper/consignee and dry ice accounts, track and trace shipments, document and escalate transportation service failures, support logistics questions related to lab testing, and assist with administrative tasks for the logistics team.

Coordinate bioanalytical immunochemistry studies: draft protocols and SAOs, review compliance, manage study files and schedules, compile and QC data, prepare reports, support PI/SD and client interactions, and mentor junior staff.
