Supports the Asia Pacific Diagnostic Development Services team by learning global project management, clinical study operations, companion diagnostic coordination, logistics, sample management, and cross-functional collaboration. The intern will gain exposure to study setup through closure, stakeholder communication, issue resolution, data and document organization, and regional liaison responsibilities within Labcorp Central Laboratory Services.

Supports the Singapore logistics team with transportation vendors, kit and sample shipments, customs compliance, process improvement, administrative and analytical activities, stakeholder follow-up, and automation of repetitive tasks. The internship is full-time and onsite for at least 20 weeks, with work focused on improving site initiation and operational efficiency.

Supports daily supply chain and procurement operations, including order processing, vendor coordination, vendor setup, quotation review, requisition approvals, procurement reporting, and payment issue resolution. Participates in an Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP rollout and develops AI/Copilot prompts to improve procurement efficiency. The internship provides exposure to warehousing, invoicing, automation, and regional biopharmaceutical supply chain operations.

Conducts quantitative LC-MS analysis of clinical samples, including method development, validation, testing, data review, troubleshooting, and quality control. Maintains laboratory records, SOPs, protocols, and reports while supporting regulatory compliance and corrective actions. Leads project activities, mentors technical staff, evaluates equipment, participates in client interactions, and contributes to process improvements. Requires a relevant bachelor’s degree and at least three years of quantitative chemical analysis experience, preferably involving LC-MS and sample extraction techniques.

Leads ligand binding assay development, validation, troubleshooting, and sample analysis for PK and ADA bioanalysis supporting preclinical and clinical drug development. Reviews data and documentation, manages project deliverables, maintains laboratory compliance, troubleshoots equipment, mentors junior scientists, contributes to protocols and reports, and communicates scientific findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.

Lead development, validation, and analysis of ligand binding immunoassays (PK and ADA) for preclinical and clinical studies. Serve as Study Director responsible for assay design, troubleshooting, method transfer, data review, regulatory compliance, project management, mentorship, and client interactions to ensure timely, audit-ready bioanalytical deliverables.

Implement and manage EHS programs for laboratory operations including biosafety, chemical and radiation safety, incident investigations, audits, training, hazardous waste management, emergency preparedness, contractor safety, regulatory support, and EHS performance reporting.

Coordinate regional clinical study lab services across Asia: manage kit shipment, sample testing and management, liaise with Global Study Manager and internal teams, resolve logistics and testing issues, implement monitoring and performance metrics, support study setup to closure, and drive process improvements to ensure study delivery and customer satisfaction.

The Senior Scientist analyzes biological and chemical samples, develops methodologies, leads project work, and ensures compliance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
